Committee chairs providing materials for Docushare are requested to provide RTF or PDF files whenever possible. Please follow the naming convention of Committee_DocumentName_Date.pdf, no spaces, where date is in the ymd format, ex. UWGCC_Minutes_20070830.pdf.
